Terms & Conditions

"FVFC Labs," "us," "we," or "our" refers exclusively to the original creator(s) and founding team of Future Vanity Fair Club.

"Platform" means the official FVFC website (futurevanityfairclub.com), decentralized applications (DApps), front-end smart contract interfaces, APIs, and associated web services.

Eligibility (18+). You represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher, and possess the full legal capacity to enter into, agree to, and comply with these Terms. If you do not meet these requirements, you must not access or use the Platform.

Agreement to Terms. By visiting, connecting your wallet to, browsing, or interacting with the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all terms herein, you must immediately cease accessing or using the Platform.

Relationship with NFT License. These Terms govern your use of the Platform and website services. Ownership rights, intellectual property (IP), and commercial or derivative usage permissions associated with holding FVFC NFTs are governed separately by our official NFT License.

Modifications. We reserve the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Any updates will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes confirms your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Non-Custodial Service. The Platform is a non-custodial interface. We never take custody or possession of your cryptocurrency, digital assets, private keys, or seed phrases. All on-chain transactions are authorized directly by you through your self-custodial wallet software (such as MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet, or WalletConnect).

Your Security Responsibilities. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your wallet credentials, private keys, and hardware signing devices. FVFC Labs has no access to your credentials and cannot recover lost, stolen, or compromised assets under any circumstances.

Privacy & Data Handling. We operate on a privacy-first, minimal-data standard. Any information you voluntarily provide (such as subscribing to project announcements or connecting through third-party wallet services) is used strictly to provide the requested service or communications and is never sold to third parties. Interactions with third-party infrastructure providers remain subject to their independent policies, and you may unsubscribe or disconnect at any time.

Phishing & Malicious Signatures. Always verify that you are connecting to official FVFC domains (futurevanityfairclub.com). We will never ask for your seed phrase or private keys. FVFC Labs is not responsible for losses resulting from phishing attacks, malicious signature requests, or compromised third-party wallet providers.

Smart Contract Risks. Smart contracts, decentralized protocols, and blockchain code may contain bugs, vulnerabilities, or unexpected operational behaviors. Any audit, formal verification, code review, or testing of smart contracts does not guarantee that the contracts are completely free from vulnerabilities or will operate without disruption, delay, or error.

Inherent Blockchain Irreversibility. Transactions on public blockchain networks (including Ethereum, Layer 2 networks, and testnets) are irreversible, permanent, and executed by independent distributed validator nodes. Once submitted, transactions cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded by FVFC Labs.

Gas Fees & Network Volatility. All on-chain actions require payment of transaction fees ("Gas Fees") determined by the underlying blockchain network. Gas fees fluctuate based on network demand and are paid directly to network validators, not to FVFC Labs. We do not control and are not responsible for gas price spikes, transaction failures, or delays caused by network congestion.

Infrastructure & Decentralized Storage. The Platform relies on third-party RPC providers, decentralized storage networks (IPFS, Filecoin), and public blockchain nodes. We do not warrant that network services will be continuous or error-free. Hard forks, node downtime, or network upgrades may temporarily affect asset visibility or transaction settlement.

Collectible Artworks Only. FVFC NFTs, digital characters, and artworks are created exclusively for aesthetic, artistic, narrative, and entertainment enjoyment. They are not intended as investments, currencies, securities, equities, or financial instruments.

No Expectation of Profit. No information provided on this Platform or in official communications constitutes investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. You should have no expectation of monetary profit, passive yield, guaranteed secondary market liquidity, or capital appreciation when participating in FVFC mints or acquisitions.

Forward-Looking Technical Concepts. Discussions regarding future technical milestones, AI persona modules, agentic economy features, Living IP frameworks, and protocol choices represent forward-looking conceptual explorations. These concepts do not constitute binding commercial promises or guarantees, and we may modify, suspend, delay, or discontinue such experimental features at any time.

Third-Party Display & Indexing. FVFC Labs does not guarantee that any FVFC NFT, trait, artwork, or metadata will be displayed, indexed, recognized, supported, or accessible through any third-party marketplace (e.g., OpenSea, Blur, Magic Eden), wallet application, portfolio tracker, or third-party indexer.

Third-Party Platforms. Your interactions with third-party platforms, decentralized protocols, and external marketplaces are governed solely by their respective terms of service. FVFC Labs does not endorse, operate, or assume liability for third-party marketplace pricing, slippage, counterfeit listings, or trading disputes.

Right to Modify Platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, update, or discontinue any portion of the Platform, including particular front-end interfaces, smart contract integrations, services, interactive tools, or experimental modules, at any time in our sole discretion without prior notice or liability.

Maintenance & Downtime. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable from time to time for scheduled maintenance, hardware/software upgrades, or emergency security procedures.

Prohibited Activities. You agree not to engage in or facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation, or any unlawful transactions through the Platform.

Sanctions & Compliance. You agree not to access or use the Platform in violation of any applicable economic sanctions, export-control, anti-money-laundering (AML), or counter-terrorist-financing laws or regulations across any applicable jurisdiction.

Platform Integrity & Security. You agree not to deploy automated scripts, bots, spiders, or crawlers that disrupt, overload, or impair the Platform infrastructure, bypass rate limits, exploit vulnerabilities, or inject malicious code into smart contracts or front-end interfaces.

No Impersonation. You may not impersonate FVFC Labs, its founders, or official team members to mislead community members or third parties.

"AS IS" Disclaimer. THE PLATFORM, SMART CONTRACTS, AND DIGITAL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR FREEDOM FROM COMPUTER VIRUSES OR BUGS.

Limitation of Liability Cap. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FVFC LABS, ITS FOUNDERS, AND CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, CRYPTOGRAPHIC ASSETS, OR GOODWILL). IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF FVFC LABS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE PLATFORM EXCEED THE AMOUNT DIRECTLY PAID BY YOU TO FVFC LABS FOR THE SPECIFIC TRANSACTION GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FVFC Labs from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and legal expenses arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your unauthorized use of the Platform, or your violation of any applicable law.

Dispute Resolution & Binding Arbitration. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration under recognized international commercial arbitration rules, except that either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or platform security.

Class Action & Jury Trial Waiver. EACH PARTY HEREBY EXPRESSLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY OR PARTICIPATION IN A CLASS ACTION IN ANY PROCEEDING BROUGHT IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.

Severability & Entire Agreement. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and FVFC Labs regarding your access to and use of the Platform.
